The Rimon Music Experience provides young Jewish adults who live and breathe music with the unique opportunity to pursue their passion as they discover Israel. Rimon offers the students exposure and experience in many musical styles, such as Jazz, Rock, Funk, Latin, Pop, R&B, Soul, Gospel, Reggae (etc…),
Students can choose to concentrate their studies in composition and arranging, film scoring, song writing, jazz performance, general performance, music production and engineering, music education or a combination of any of the above. Students from abroad are integrated into Rimon classes and join ensembles alongside Israeli students immediately upon enrolling. They have the opportunity to record their work using recording studio on campus, and playing, “gigging” etc.

Rimon also offers the students the opportunity to participate in many competitions and music productions within school, such as "The Jazz Performance Competition", "The Composition Competition, Original Rock oriented Writing and Performance Competition" "Song Interpretation Competition for Vocalists", and more
The program also includes a dynamic supplementary curriculum, which includes field trips, tours, mifgashim – encounters – with Israeli peers, celebrations of Jewish and Israeli national holidays, social and cultural events throughout Israel, and educational seminars on topics ranging from Jewish and Israeli identity to religion and the Jewish state, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and trends in the Israeli job market

Why the Rimon Music Experience? Rimon School of Jazz and Contemporary Music is Israel's largest independent professional music school for the advanced study of contemporary music. Over 550 students and 65 faculty members work in an environment designed to provide the complete music learning experience possible. At Rimon, “work” means playing and performing, while “study” means the development of one’s own musical voice, built on a solid foundation of theory. The school offers students the learning opportunities and challenges they'll need to have a career in today's music industry. Rimon's commitment to excellence in music education has been rewarded with a very special relationship with the world renowned Berklee collage of Music in Boston. A special two-way articulation agreement between both institutions enables students to continue learning in both institutions.
Activities/ Excursions Rimon Music Experience offer students a wide variety of extra-curricular programs designed to enhance their music studies and deepen their connection with Israel. These include informational and educational seminars and trips to the country’s intriguing historic sites.
Facilities/ Lodging/ Meals
All students enrolled in the Rimon Music Experience program live in residence provided by the program in Center Israel area (and commute to Rimon by the monthly bus passes provided to them by the program). Students are placed with roommates from the vast pool of international participants, increasing the likelihood of learning about other cultures first-hand and of developing special bonds with those from widely diverse backgrounds.
