Composer and arranger, Avner studied at the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel aviv. He was the co-leader of the legendary groups “14 Octaves” and “Premiera”. Composed and arranged for Arik Einstein, Gidi Gov, Yudit Ravitz, Nurit Galron, Gali Atari, Eli Degibri and more. Avner has composed music for over 90 theatre productions, for films and for TV shows. Avner is the recipient of the 1995, 1998 and 2005 Music Award of the International Festival of Children’s Theatre in Haifa, the 1995 ACUM prize for theatre music and the 1983 Composer of the Year award at the IDF radio station.
