A virtuoso on guitar, Yehuda is considered one of Israel\u2019s Rock icons. Since graduating from the esteemed <\/span><b>Berklee College of Music<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in 1980, he was active as a member of Israeli Rock groups <\/span><b>Tamuz <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Doda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He has collaborated with Israeli legends including <\/span><b>Meir Ariel, Shlomo Artzi,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>David Broza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a musical producer, artistic advisor, performer, and arranger.\u00a0 In 2007, Yehuda released his first solo album, <\/span><b><i>Dear Mr. Grossbard <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alongside <\/span><b>Harry Lipshitz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Eytan Gidron.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> He is among the founders of <\/span><b>Beit Hamouzot <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 a high school in Jaffa for at-risk teens that focuses on art and therapy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Voice, Yasmin Gamliel<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yasmin is a Rimon graduate who joined the faculty in 1996 and became Voice chair in 2014. Yasmin studied voice development with<\/span><b> Rachel Hochman, Mira Zakai, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Ester Edmon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. She was a member of the trio <\/span><b>Mango<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b><i>Live in Hamkin<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and served in the army as a vocalist for the <\/span><b>North Command Band<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b><i>Get Up and Walk in Israel<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You<\/span><\/i><b><i>r Wonders Will Not End<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). She has participated in many musical productions, such as the evening of <\/span><b>Shmirit Or&#8217;s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> songs, <\/span><b>Yair Rosenblum, the Abu Gush Music Festival,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and more. Since 2003, she has been a member of the professional acapella group <\/span><b>Shimniyyat Vocal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and in addition founded and performs in the Abba tribute band <\/span><b>Waterloo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Guitar, Erez Yulevich<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guitarist, arranger and composer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erez is a graduate from <\/span><b>\u00a0Berklee College of Music<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Boston and specializes in Film Scoring. He is currently completing a master&#8217;s degree in composition at the <\/span><b>Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and studies economics and management at <\/span><b>Open University<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Since 2009, Erez teaches a wide variety of courses at Rimon: private and group lessons, theory, reading, arranging, Cubase, and ensembles. Erez initiated and directs <\/span><b>RockRimon <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the flagship competition for original music ensembles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erez leads the music major at <\/span><b>Shoham High School <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and previously taught matriculation in the music majors at <\/span><b>Talma Yelin, Ironi A, Hed College, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>New Herzliya High School,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as well as youth programs <\/span><b><i>Matan<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b><i>Sixth Jam<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He served as a guitarist and arranger in the band<\/span><b> Naha<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l and since then has accompanied artists as a guitarist. He\u2019s worked with <\/span><b>Eyal Golan, Kobi Peretz, Yehoram Gaon, Shlomit Aharon, David Daur, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and many others. He participated in many television programs, including<\/span> <b><i>Dan Shilon, Dudu Topaz, Rafi Rashef, Dancing with the Stars,<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and<\/span><b><i> Shavua Sof<\/i><\/b><b> Channel 24<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 His studio has produced albums for <\/span><b>Mati Caspi, Shuli Natan, Shlomo Gronich, Ha&#8217;s Over Habibi, Yoram Gaon, Beaz Ben Moshe, Itai Perel, Efrat Gush, Maayan Hirshbein,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and others. He appears on albums for <\/span><b>Din Din Aviv, Ari Gourli, Rami Schuler, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Olapan Shel Yolwitz.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Erez recently composed underscore music to productions of plays including<\/span><b><i> Antigone, The Old Man and the Sea, Where did You Come From?, Rachel&#8217;s Love, <\/i><\/b><b>and<\/b><b><i> Hashimta Kuli<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Erez took first place at the <\/span><b>Haifa Festival for Children&#8217;s Plays <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2013.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Music Production, Oded Davidov<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oded Davidov serves as Chair of the production track at Rimon. He is a producer, sound technician, and pianist with a degree from <\/span><b>Berklee College of Music<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 He also completed <\/span><b>Mix With The Masters with Michael Brewer at Studios La Fabrique, France<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Specializing in rock music, alternative rock, Israeli music, and electronic music, he\u2019s produced for <\/span><b>Anat Esther Hitman, Barak Weiss, Michal Rashef, FLOW<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and many more. Oded is also very active creating music for media and various corporate needs and is in demand in the advertising world. He served as the Head of Promotions and as a radio announcer for <\/span><b>Gali IDF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Jazz Institute, Ronen Shmueli\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accomplished pianist, composer, and arranger Ronen Shmueli directs the <\/span><b>Rimon<\/b> <b>Jazz Institute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 a by-audition major for outstanding jazz performers.\u00a0 After serving in the IDF orchestra as a keyboard player and arranger (with the status of outstanding musician), he studied at Rimon and was subsequently invited to study at <\/span><b>Berklee College of Music <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on a full scholarship. The Jazz Institute is internationally recognized through its world-wide collaborations with well-known artists. His <\/span><b>Jazz Rimon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> performance series is known throughout the country. Ronen is often interviewed as a subject matter expert in Jazz History and performs actively in Israel and abroad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Composition and Conducting, Dr. Roy Oppenheim<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esteemed conductor and educator Roy Oppenheim holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Education from\u00a0 <\/span><b>Hebrew University <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and a Master&#8217;s degree in Conducting from <\/span><b>The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Roy chairs Rimon&#8217;s Contemporary Music Writing and Production for the Performing Arts department. He taught at other prominent Israel institutions including <\/span><b>Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University&#8217;s Faculty of Arts and Academy of Music, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> Technion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He is a sought-after lecturer in the fields of philosophy of music, conducting and leadership, music for films and the performing arts, and musical creativity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As Co-founder and Co-Artistic Director of <\/span><b>The Revolution Orchestra <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">since 2004, Roy also served as Musical Director\/In-House Conductor for <\/span><b>Haifa Symphony Orchestra <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and conducted the <\/span><b>Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Rishon LeZion Symphony Orchestra, The Camerata, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Be\u2019er Sheva Sinfonietta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He has performed throughout Israel and around the world including at the <\/span><b>Israel Festival, FITS Sibiu,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and at the famed <\/span><b>Royal Albert Hall <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in London. A recipient of the <\/span><b>2004 Ricardo Muti Award for Conducting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Roy conducted various musical theater performances in Israel including <\/span><b>Haifa Theater&#8217;s <\/b><b><i>Billy Schwartz<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and for <\/span><b>Cameri Theater, <\/b><b><i>Threepenny Opera<\/i><\/b><b>,<\/b><b><i> The Hasidic Kopple, Angels in America,<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b><i>Hubeza<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Roy conducts the annual Revolution Series at the<\/span><b> Israeli Opera House <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Herzliya Hall for the Performing Arts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He has collaborated with various leading artists such as <\/span><b>Vertigo Dance Company, Infected Mushroom, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Third World Love<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. He has released recordings with <\/span><b>Hadag Nahash, Ziporella, Ivri Lider, Gidi Gov,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and<\/span><b> Dudu Tassa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, to name a few.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><b>Production and Performance, Elad Adar<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After his time as a military musician, Elad graduated from the <\/span><b>Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and holds a master&#8217;s degree with honors in music, media and technology from <\/span><b>Bar Ilan University<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elad has worked with<\/span><b> Gidi Gov, Alon Olarchik, Yoni Rechter, Yehudit Ravitz, Shem Tov Levy, Rami Kleinstein, David Broza, Rita, Yehuda Poliker, Yohorm Gaon, Shlomo Yadov, Amir Dadon, Eli Butner, Avraham Fried, Yermi Kaplan, Dana Berger, Danny Robs, Sharit Haddad, Ephraim Shamir, Yigal Bashan,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and many more.
