During February 2015, international recording artist and world-renowned musical producer Alan Parsons visited the Rimon School for a lecture and master class. Parsons met with students and discussed his diverse musical career and the variety of sound-engineering and production projects he has been involved in during his long international career.<\/p>\n

Students from the Rimon Jazz Institute and the school’s Electronic Production major arranged music from Parson’s repertoire and presented it live on stage.<\/p>\n

The event also included a performance by former Rimon student and international recording artist Achinoam Nini (NOA), accompanied by Gil Dor, one of Rimon’s founders.<\/p>\n

Parsons was highly impressed by the level of musicianship and creativity at Rimon and by the depth and scope of the music production and technology curriculum.<\/p>\n
